Terms of Service
Acceptance
By creating a Haven account, using Haven, or connecting a financial account, you agree to these Terms of Service and Haven’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Haven.
The service
Haven is a personal budgeting and financial-organization tool. It may display information you enter and information you authorize through Plaid. Haven does not hold customer funds, execute payments, make transfers, provide banking services, or act as a broker, lender, investment adviser, tax adviser, legal adviser, or fiduciary.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Haven may suspend or terminate access to protect users or the service.
Financial connections
You choose whether to connect an institution through Plaid. Bank login credentials are entered into Plaid Link or your institution’s own sign-in experience, not into Haven. Financial data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate; verify important information directly with your institution.
Financial information disclaimer
Haven provides general information and organizational tools only. Nothing in Haven, including Haven Coach, is financial, investment, tax, legal, credit, insurance, or other professional advice. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Haven, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, use another person’s information without authority, or use Haven unlawfully.
Privacy and deletion
Collection and use of information are described in the Privacy Policy. The Data Retention & Deletion Policy explains retention and account deletion.
Availability and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Haven is provided “as is” and “as available.” Haven does not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party financial information. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
